Hi, What is your role at Concept?

My role within Concept is to develop relationships with new and existing clients within the Field Engineering, Projects and Technology space with a focus on offering transformational resourcing solutions that offer genuine benefit to candidates and hiring managers partnering with Concept Resourcing.

Why do you love Recruitment?

I believe recruitment transforms peoples lives on both sides. From helping a candidate between employment find a role to helping secure progression and development personally or financially through to helping hiring managers secure the best possible talent to join their teams in the most efficient and effective way possible and enabling them to focus on deliverables and their own success.

Concept are setting the standard within flexible resourcing solutions and field service resourcing. With a great reputation, a real focus on role satisfaction and personal development within the business at all levels, a dedicated delivery team and a management team focused on taking the business to new heights, joining the senior team was an easy decision to make.

What do you enjoy doing in your spare time?

With a 3 year old son I’m not sure there is such a thing as “spare” time any more but whenever I get the chance I enjoy a round of golf or a spot of fishing.
