The Challenge.

A leading international manufacturer was looking for 3-4 engineers but wasn't sure where to start. Previous to using Concept, the client was using multiple agencies but found that they were receiving the same candidates from all agencies. The client wanted to use a single provider that could help them find unique candidates for hard to fill roles.

The Solution.

The client quickly found that Concept was the most proactive with their initial roles. During early meetings, we spent a lot of time with the team to understand the priorities for their business, and following an extensive search and profiling exercise for candidate, ensured that only the best hit the client's desk. Thus reducing the time required for the client to review candidates.

The Outcome.

Having provided fewer, better candidates to the client they now have confidence that our Field Service team has a full understanding of what their business requires. As a result, the client has reduced the number of recruitment agencies they're using and now deal with Concept on a semi-exclusive basis.
